 In order to promote private participation in infrastructure projects, Civil Service Development Institute conducts the project of “Operation Transfer for the Facilities of Civil Service Development Institute” and appoints the Firm to provide legal consultancy service for making announcements, screening, concluding and signing contract, operation take-over, preparation and testing; also attend consultation meetings and provide assistance to relevant administrative works.
