Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (hereafter referred as “AIDC”) was funded under the authority of the Republic of China Air Force for the purpose of establishing aerospace industry in Taiwan, which the country could be expected to develop and manufacture its own aircraft. After several transformations, AIDC was reformed into a government-owned company under the authority of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. After reformation, AIDC has turned its focus to commercialization, privatization and globalization; also transformed itself as the manufacturer of aircraft for both military and commercial use.
The Firm was appointed as AIDC’s legal consultant for AIDC’s Annual Procurement and Labor Law Related Cases in 1996, 1997 and 1998. The Firm is deeply honored to be re-appointed by AIDC for this project.
