The Firm represented Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) for the listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2007 and has assisted the Company to apply for the issuance of Taiwan Depositary Receipts (TDR) for its substantial shareholder, SY International Ltd, in October 2009. The TDR application has been approved by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Commission of Executive Yuan and the listing is scheduled on December 3, 2009. |
